San Mateo - Tour of Parks and Water Treatment

The City of San Mateo citizens service academy spent a Saturday morning touring some of the parks in San Mateo and our water treatment plant. I was out of town, but Pat Hines gave me a few of her pictures... I found her pictures of the water treatment facilities to be the most interesting, so here they are:
